It's not any of those things.
(Although, it does look similar to a turkey neck -- "yum.")

"Banana juice." I bought two bananas & waited until they turned brown, then I froze them until I had time to bake.
I later defrosted the bananas, peeled them, and this is what came out. It was so gross. I mashed them and then made banana chocolate chip muffins. They were good.
